Return and exchange policy
This Return and Refund Policy applies to all products purchased from Jxado, including mouse pads, monitor stands, headphone stands, laptop stands, vertical laptop stands, pen holders, desk organizers, cable organizers, and all other desk accessories.
If you change your mind or find a product unsuitable for your needs, you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with the terms outlined below.
1. Return Period
You may initiate a return request within 30 calendar days of receiving your ordered products.
2. Return Eligibility Requirements
The product must be in new, unused condition, with its original packaging intact and all original accessories, parts and components included.
The product must have no damage, modifications, stains or wear that would compromise its resale value.
You need to provide a valid proof of purchase.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If a return is necessary due to our mistake, including but not limited to incorrect item shipment, manufacturing defects, or product damage during transit, Jxado will bear all return shipping expenses.
If you initiate a return for personal reasons, including but not limited to changing your mind, dissatisfaction with product design, or unsuitability for your intended use, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Items returned beyond the 30-day return window.
Items missing any original parts, accessories or components.
Used, damaged, stained or altered items.
Returns submitted without valid proof of purchase.
5. Return Process
To request a return or refund, please contact our Customer Service team at service@jxado.com, or submit a request via the Contact Us page on our official website.
Our Customer Service team will review your return request and respond within 1–2 business days.
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the designated return shipping address and detailed return instructions.
6. Refund Processing Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, and confirm that it fully complies with return eligibility requirements, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
You will receive a refund confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The actual time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on the processing speed of your bank or payment service provider.
7. Product Quality Issues
If you receive a product with quality defects, please contact our Customer Service team at service@jxado.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.
You are required to provide clear photos or videos of the defective part as supporting evidence. We will arrange a refund or a replacement for you after verifying the quality issue.
8. Exchange
Jxado does not offer direct exchange services at this time. If you wish to obtain a different style, size or model of product, please follow the standard return process outlined above.
After your return application is approved and your refund is fully processed, you may place a new order for the desired product on our website.
9. Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of successful payment, provided that your order has not entered the fulfillment and processing stage. To cancel an eligible order, please contact our Customer Service team directly.
Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may submit a return request in accordance with this Return and Refund Policy after you receive the product.
